CasaGrupo provides exclusive, well curated, safe and profitable real estate investment projects to its discerning members.

Relying on technology to grow its network, CasaGrupo is able to cut out middlemen to attain better returns. Projects are financed by aggregating funds over the internet (crowdfunding), thereby reducing monetary exposure, with a legally recognized entity securing each member’s subscription. The funds are safely protected and easily liquidated while returns are transparently expressed. Mechanisms for easy liquidity of assets have been built into the CasaGrupo model to assist members that may require funds for other purposes.

CasaGrupo’s primary source of income comes from charging a commission of between 1-3% of the crowdfunding target. Other revenue generating activities include Project Management fees, Business Development fees for preparing the necessary paperwork and a performance fees for achieving the minimum guaranteed return which will be a percentage of the profit above the benchmark return.

The CasaGrupo team includes Iheanyi Iwuagwu (Co-founder), Adetomi Taiwo (Co-founder & Investment Advisor), Busayo Kayode (Co-founder and Legal Expert), Jide Adekola (Company Architect and Project Management) and Suraj Deshmukh (IT Expert and Advisor).

Our vision for founding this company is to be able to provide the same services we have enjoyed as informal investors in real estate projects to other members of our network in a professional, legal and transparent medium and most of our early adopters and testers have all come from within the network of people involved in this start-up.

CasaGrupo is a finalist in the TechCabal Battlefield, holding on Friday the 21st of February, at Four Points, Lekki. Register now to attend.
