DevCenter is an online platform with the ambitious aim of helping Nigerian developers stay up-to-date with the happenings within ecosystem.

DevCentre is not the first online platform in with such altruistic propositions that go against the Nigerian tendency to hoard information – NaiDev got there first. But while NaiDev looks and feels like an exact clone of Stack Exchange, DevCentre seems more like a mash-up of Stack Exchange, Product hunt and Elance. Developers can share projects and products they are working on, exchange ideas and experiences and even outsource whatever is too hard for them.

Co-Founder, Seun Awoyele says DevCentre is sort of an experiment to “foster visibility among Nigerian developers”. DevCentre is completely self-funded. Awoleye is joined by fellow Co-Founders,  Akin Falomo (Project Manager), Kolawole Balogun (Developer) and Ope Aikomo (Designer).

They are currently looking for Developers and Designers to join the team. You can shoot them an email at contact@devcenter.co
