Web designers (not jacks of all code) with some free time would find this contest interesting. All you have to do is create something kickass — with just CSS. The kind of stuff you would find on CSS Zen Garden.
The event is organised by the Lagos Google Developer Group with support from Mobile Monday Nigeria.
We didn’t find out about this until the last minute though, so if you didn’t see this already, you don’t have much time. Submissions close on the 31st of October.
