C4DLab, an R&D and startup incubation lab at the University of Nairobi, has opened registrations ahead of its 3-day Innovation Week starting from August 5 through 7 2015, according to a report from Disrupt Africa.

The event will hold at the University of Nairobi graduation grounds, Kenya.

The Innovation Week event is aimed at providing a national platform for displaying and recognizing the important innovations dotting the Kenyan landscape, while encouraging policy discussions on disruptive and productive discoveries.

Themed ‘Innovate and prosper: strengthening Academia, industry and Government linkages for Economic growth’.

C4DLab says, “The event will comprise keynote speeches in plenary sessions, policy discussions, paper and case study presentations, roundtable discussions and exhibition of inventions and innovations by various players in the industry.”
