TechQuest has announced the commencement of the second stretch of its two-week technology training camp holding in Victoria Island and Ikeja, Lagos.

The company informs TechCabal that the summer camp is designed to up the technological skills of children between the ages of six and sixteen and bring them to par with their counterparts around the world. TechQuest Camp, will run for six hours a daily between 9am – 3pm, five or six days weekly, for two-week periods.

The organizers also revealed that the TechQuest Camp makes use of Google’s CS First curriculum, Pluralsight’s Kids Training, Code.org and Codecademy in teaching these kids.

The program begins today and will hold at the Coral Hall, Mothercare, Victoria Island for the Victoria Island camp, while the venue for the Ikeja center is the IDM Building, 9/20 Oba Akran Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

The first edition of the training program was held in July in Yaba and Lekki areas of Lagos with 36 kids participating in the program.
