The Technical Committee on Conference Planning (TCCP) for the 2022 Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association is leaving no stone unturned to provide a memorable digital experience for delegates. The conference’s digital platform will have the capacity to host 30,000 participating lawyers and the goal is to attract many founders, investors and all players in the technology space within and outside the African continent including Silicon Valley, Asia, and Europe.

Speaking on the plans, the Chair of NBA-AGC, TCCP 2022, Tobenna Erojikwe said the TCCP is set to deploy a robust virtual conferencing platform with the objective to deliver an almost in-person conference experience to virtual attendees and also serve as a conference app to physical attendees.

Further to its commitment to delivering excellence, the TCCP has retained the service of Big Cabal Media, a leading digital media and technology organisation and owner of the foremost technology publication, TechCabal. Big Cabal Media will work with the conference team through its digital events team, TechCabal Insights to manage the platform and curate an unforgettable digital experience for all attendees.

The focus on the digital experience at this year’s AGC is in tandem with the BOLD move by the Olumide Akpata-led NBA administration to reposition the Bar as a digital-first association.

Speaking about the opportunity of working with the TCCP, Olanrewaju Odunowo, Head at TechCabal Insights said “We are more than delighted to be working with the prestigious Nigerian Bar Association and the organizing committee led by Mr Tobenna Erojikwe. We are committed to the vision of the Olumide Akpata-led administration to transition the organization. As a leader in curating digital events and experiences, we will work with the TCCP to ensure that virtual delegates don’t feel left out of the room.”
