TV Anywhere (TVA), an emerging media technology company has partnered with MTN, a leading mobile network operator in South Sudan, and Target Media to launch South Sudan’s first mobile television platform called MTN TV+.
MTN TV+ is a mobile streaming service that enables access to live television broadcasts from both local and international television stations as well as Video on Demand (VOD) Content on your smartphones and other smart devices like tablets and smart TVs.
Customers of MTN TV+ can stream on Android, IOS apps, and web clients for watching live linear TV, Video on Demand (VOD), and catch-up content. The platform is built with the latest technology in the digital media and streaming industry.
Speaking on the launch of such a world-class platform in the country, MTN South Sudan Chief Executive Officer, Gordian Kyomukama said “This MTN TV+ Platform is our latest innovation, as part of our commitment to bring the best of the world to South Sudan. With MTN TV+, customers anywhere in the country can watch television and other video-on-demand content, on their phones and tablets.
