Startupbootcamp, the global network of industry-focused accelerators is calling for entries from African startups for its Insurance London accelerator programme.
Disrupt-africa reports that startups will be given five minutes to pitch their insurance-related business idea to a panel of judges from Startupbootcamp. Such pitches will hold in 12 countries.
The programme will provide mentorship and funding for 10 startups from all over the world for eight percent equity. The startups will be selected from Nov 26 to 29 and will get exposure to over 200 angel investors, €450,000 in partner services, as well as €15,000 in cash.
Successful startups will also be provided with office space(for 3 months) in London, giving them access to top markets in Europe, as well as invitation to Startupbootcamp global network, and program.
Selection days for African startups that apply will hold between October 7 and 9 in Johannesburg, and Cape Town, South Africa.
