PC shipments in Africa and the Middle East fell by a massive 25.6 percent from 4.4m units to 3.3m units during Q2 2015. The decline represented the region’s biggest fall in a single quarter, according to International Data Corp (IDC).
The latest figures announced by the International Data Corporation (IDC) showed that the overall Middle East Africa (MEA) PC market grew 2.8% year on year in the fourth quarter of 2014. Also projects a decline in sales by 3.9% in 2015 due to currency fluctuations in countries like Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, and Nigeria.
