PushCV is an online recruitment, and capacity building, service looking to revolutionize the recruitment scene in Nigeria. The company takes the stress off of job-hunting and increases the safety in the process, while placing the users in a prime position to connect with prospective employers, and allowing them focus on developing themselves for the labour market.
PushCV connects users to employers based on skill matches, opportunities and job preferences. So candidates highlight these criteria when placing their CVs in the database and employers can then filter through the database, based on their requirements; and PushCV delivers candidates closest to the employees’ requirements.
PushCV serves all levels of candidates: Interns, Professionals or even experts, using a special linguistic algorithm to send candidates’ CVs to employers. And asides the recruitment process, the startup is looking to help job seekers build their capacity and by extension, their ’employability’.
