Online movie ticketing startup, Tripican has released its mobile app.
Tripican enables users purchase movie tickets online and pick up on arrival at the cinema.
The service had caught pretty nicely with Nigerian users and there have been conversations around why Tripican and a couple other successful internet startups, like hotel.ng for instance, didn’t have mobile apps. At least one of them seem to be listening now.
Joseph Orilogbon, the technical lead at Tripican put up a post announcing the app on Radar earlier today.
The app allows users watch movie trailers, read movie reviews and purchase discounted movie tickets.
Tripican is available on the play store for Android devices.
