hotels.ng

Hotels.ng is going to allow individuals or organisations who are holding a training event in either software or digital marketing, use their office premises for free on weekends.

The event needs to fulfill two criteria, it must be highly technical, that is, it is some form of engineering, and must be free to attend. The office has a capacity for 50 people, and Hotels.ng will provide the internet and electricity.

Calls for contributors to grow the tech ecosystem is common from startup founders, and this is probably Mark Essien’s little way of putting his money where his mouth is.

This news will probably come as a relief to individuals and organisations who want to contribute to the ecosystem by giving free classes, but are bogged down by logistic costs. You now have a venue and free internet and power, what’s your excuse?

You can book Hotels.ng’s premises for your event here.

With social media giant Facebook looking to be saddled with more deceased user accounts than living by 2100, there is an increasing need to think about what happens to our digital assets after we pass on.
