Aeons of cycles after, Twitter finally looks the way of their official Windows Phone app. It’s been almost a year since the last update.
The latest update, live now on the Windows Phone store, comes with a couple of new features that bring it almost at par with its Android and iOS counterparts:
- Tag friends in photos
- Upload as many as 4 photos per tweet to your timeline
- Photos and Vines now auto-preview on your timeline
- Reply, retweet, favourite and follow other users straight from your timeline
- Photos in DMs
There are still a couple of features missing though. Like the ability to mute annoying users, play animated GIFs and embeded timeline tweets. Windows Phone just isn’t getting enough love from Twitter Inc.
