Airtel Kenya has launched a fundraising initiative for victims of the Garissa University College terrorist attack via the Airtel Money.
As reported by ITNewsAfrica, donors can contribute to the relief program by going to the Paybill menu on the Airtel Money app, then select “Other” in the payment options and subsequently fill in “Redcross” as the business code, the amount they’ll like to donate , their PIN and “Garissa” as reference.
The funds raised through this channel will be sent to the Red Cross’ relief effort in the country.
