Six startups have been accepted into the sixth incubation class of the Kenya-based startup accelerator, Nailab.
The startups, Techmoran reports, are Mobu Limited, a daily deal site; Utafiti, an educational portal that collects and shares research findings; Project Cipher, an automated home and office solution and Jambo Car, a car pooling application.
Others are social sports betting platform, Nibet, and Dial-A-Maid, a portal that provides cleaning services on demand.
The selected startups will be in the program from September 2015 to January 2016 and will undergo a product development phase.
They will also be expected to refine their solutions and also receive training on different business processes and will also receive business development training.
Nailab opened applications to the sixth cycle of its incubation programme couple of months back this year.
