Ongair; customer relation management platform, designed by the Nairobi-based digital agency, Sprout, has integrated its services with Zendesk, an email-based customer service software.
Ongair leverages on WhatsApp IM application to enable businesses communicate with their customers via instant messages. According to the statement made available to TechCabal, the integration with Zendesk allows enterprises create a centralized portal to interact with their customers.
“We’ve taken the best email-based Customer Service platform, trusted by over 50,000 businesses and connected it to the most popular chat platform,” said Trevor Kimenye, Ongair CEO. “The platform allows customer service agents to simultaneously handle multiple chat sessions to quickly resolve customer issues.”
Ongair also announced a unique distribution partnership with CloudHop Ltd, a cloud solutions provider and the exclusive reseller of Zendesk in the Africa & Middle East region.
