The Nokia Lumia 630 is the first ever Windows Phone device with Dual SIM functionality. It is also the first to ship with the consumer version of the new Windows Phone 8.1. TC gets you up close and personal with the device.

The Lumia 630 comes in a slick and very compact boxing.
You have to slide the box open from the side to reveal its content. The box contains only 4 items, the device, the charger, the battery and the manual. There are no bundled ear phones and in regular Nokia fashion, the charger does not include a detachable USB cable.
The Device
Measuring 129.5 x 66.7 x 9.2 mm and weighing in at 134 g, the Lumia 630 won’t win the award for the thinnest or lightest Lumia yet. But it does appear to handle well.
The Lumia 630 does look very much like every other Lumia device out there. And you’d be forgiven for mistaking it for a Nokia X too, thanks to its similar matte body finish.

However, one very noticeable differentiator for the Lumia 630 is the absence of physical navigation buttons. Now that Windows 8.1 supports software buttons, Nokia Microsoft can afford to cut costs by doing away with physical buttons. Another distinguishing bodily feature of the Lumia 630 is its pronounced curved edges.
On the right edge of the device you will find the power/unlock and volume controls.
At the top edge left is the 3.5 mm earphone jack
And at the back of the device you’ll find the 5 MP camera with no flash.
Setting up the device is pretty straightforward and you should have it up and running in no time.
