Free Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp for Airtel Tanzania Subscribers

Airtel Tanzania announced on Monday that its users will now be afforded unrestricted and cost-free access to social networks: Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp in the country.

Communications Director, at the launch says “Our customers can now access Whatsapp, Facebook and Twitter without incurring any charge. It gives customers more opportunity to get in touch with friends and family on social media networks for free”.

For customers who subscribe to any of the Yatosha Data bundles [daily, weekly or monthly packages], their MB or GB received after subscription will not be used on Facebook, Whatsapp or Twitter. The left-over data can be used on other web applications [YouTube or other local social networks] or for normal web browsing.

Tanzanian Airtel users who wish to take advantage of the free access to Whatsapp, Facebook and Twitter can subscribe to Yatosha bundles by dialing *149*99#.  All they have to do is select a bundle that suits your needs and lifestyle while you use social media for free.
