Airtel Nigeria has shortlisted its candidates out of the numerous applications sent in by entrepreneurs looking to actualize their business goals.
Invitations have been sent to the shortlisted entrepreneurs with great business ideas for the ‘Catapult-a-Startup’ pitching event.
The event will hold for 3 days, February 4th-6th 2015 from 9am-2pm at Amphitheater (Level 3, Wing A), Airtel HQ, Plot L2, Banana Island, Ikoyi, Lagos. Different startups were selected to participate on different days.
At the pitching event, the shortlisted candidates are expected to pitch a presentation of their ideas/products, team and visions to the panel of judges comprising of industry veterans from Airtel, Intel, Google, Microsoft, Mobile Money and other greater firms.
Airtel is offering a platform for budding mobile app developers to receive mentoring from industry veterans on funding, marketing, and also to improve their creative skills.
