iLabAfrica, in Kenya, is set to commence a Holiday Boot Camp for children in primary and secondary schools.
The camp is designed to familiarize kids with IT related activities, using various tools and technologies. Additionally, blue chip companies in Kenya and IT professionals will be there to mentor the kids.
“The students create their own games, animated stories, projects, and publish their applications to the web. The Holiday Boot Camp provides a comprehensive learning experience that is amazingly fun, highly interactive and extremely effective,” an excerpt from their website.
Camp will take place from April 7 to 17 2015. Parents can register their children or get more information about it here.
