The selected ten will be heading to Kilimanjaro – 19,341ft above sea level, which is dubbed as the highest freestanding mountain in the world, by June 28th to 7th July. The package will cost $2,500 to cover flight expenses, accommodation, meals, travel guides, porters to carry luggage, medical equipment, all transfers within Tanzania, according to Truppr.
“Having a Marathon runner’s level of endurance is not necessary. However, it is recommended to up your fitness levels as much as possible before the climb through activities like walking, jogging and other cardio based workouts. We provide training regimes for all members of the Kilimanjaro team,” Truppr further stated.
Truppr recently scored a £30,000 interest free loan from UK-based grant making foundation Indigo Trust and is expanding to Nairobi, Kenya this month.
