Nigeria based TV network, EbonyLife TV has announced its partnership with Summview, a software company that develops apps and multimedia services, to release its multiscreen video-on-demand platform for African contents.
This announcement was made yesterday at the ongoing 10th edition of the DISCOP Africa in Abidjan. The new VOD platform will allow users in the African diaspora access African video contents curated by the EbonyLife TV. With an option of either a monthly or yearly subscription of $4.99 or $39.99 respectively, users can view contents across multiple devices like smartphones, tablets and laptops.
“We at EbonyLife TV are very excited that our teeming audience in the diaspora can now catch up on EbonyLife TV on-the-go,” said Ms. Mo Abudu, Executive Chairman and CEO of EBONYLIFE TV. “With this Premium SVOD platform, EBONYLIFE TV expands its range of services and mobile applications and provides the African Diaspora subscribers, outside of Africa, an innovative offering of premium quality content made in Nigeria for the World.”
