Front-end developer
We are looking for a user-experience designer with strong interests and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Collaborating on user experience planning with a lead experience architect
- Consulting with clients and lead experience architect
- Researching interaction design trends
- Researching technology trends
- Performing other duties as assigned
Role Requirements:
- Two or more years of user experience design experience for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices
- Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
- Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
- Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools
- Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of common software project management practices
- Understanding of common software development practices
An additional advantage would be:
Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, php, JavaScript/JQuery, AngularJs and wordpress

Back-end Developer
We are looking for a back-end web developer with excellent programming skills to join our team. We need a person who, as part of a team, can create highly scalable web apps that thousands of users interact with daily. The ideal candidate has experience building real products for the web and should be able to present examples of their work.
Responsibilities:
- Offs of different approaches, including estimating how long each will take to build
- Advanced understanding of emerging web technologies
- Maintain, contribute and adhere to our programming best practices and guidelines
- Work with a team of UI designers, programmers, and server admins, to bring brand new concepts to market
- Maintain confidentiality on all of the above, given the sensitive nature of some projects
Basic Requirements:
- Ability to program confidently in a web language (PHP, python), ultimately programming exclusively in PHP
- Knowledge of MVC architectures
- Strong knowledge of WordPress
- Strong knowledge of these databases of MySQL, MSSQL, Mongodb
- Strong knowledge of OOP concept.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Job Description
