| The MasterCard Foundattion has launched a $2 million fund for Africa-based social ventures through its “Scholars” programme, Disrupt Africa reports. The design and delivery of the fund will be led by MasterCard’s institutional partners to ensure local context is maintained and it’ll roll out over the next two years. |
