Lagos, Nigeria — CT Productions, in collaboration with The Guardian Nigeria, proudly hosted The Nigeria Summit 2025 on November 5th, 2025. It was an inspiring gathering of leaders, innovators, and changemakers committed to shaping the next 65 years of Nigeria’s progress.

Held at the historic Federal Palace Hotel, the same venue where Nigeria’s independence story began, the Summit celebrated the nation’s enduring legacy of Unity and Faith, Peace and Progress, and a bold vision for the future, defined by creativity, collaboration, and ambition.

For Camelia Oros Tsarouchis, Founder and Managing Director of CT Productions, the event was both a professional achievement and a deeply personal milestone.

“This Summit was more than a celebration; it was a call to action. For me, it represents the culmination of a year of dedicated work to deliver something truly meaningful in honour of Nigeria at 65. Together with The Guardian Nigeria, we created a space where ideas meet opportunity, where partnerships are born, and where the stories that will shape the next 65 years are told.”

The Summit featured an exceptional lineup of speakers and thought leaders who shared insights on innovation and leadership. Among them were Unwana Esang, Vice President and Principal Consultant at Mastercard, who spoke about digital transformation and inclusion;  Marie Ukpere, Acting Group Managing Director at Quantum Zenith, who explored the evolution of Nigeria’s financial ecosystem; Dr. Natalie Beinisch, Executive Director of the Circular Economy Innovation Partnership, who offered vital perspectives on sustainability and the green transition; and Ken Chendo, KGM, Group Business Development at TIREX Petroleum & Energy, who contributed insights on infrastructure, energy, and industrial development.

For the Fireside Conversation segment, Olusola Olakanmi, Vice President, Account Management, West Africa at Mastercard, shared insights on the evolving payments landscape and opportunities for growth across the region.

Also present was Princess Tessy of Luxembourg, Founder of Professors Without Borders, who delivered a moving address on leadership and education for the next generation. Dr. Blaise Ijebor, Director of Risk Management at the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), shared insights on strengthening Nigeria’s financial stability and innovation.

A special Media and Branding Panel brought together leading voices in communications and strategy, featuring Anita Ibru, Chief Strategy Officer of The Guardian Nigeria, and Camelia Oros Tsarouchis, Managing Director of CT Productions. The discussion explored how storytelling, reputation, and cross-sector collaboration can shape Africa’s narrative on the world stage.

For the last decade, CT Productions has delivered high-level, impact-driven content across Africa. Over the past four years, the company has expanded across the Asia-Pacific region and, most recently, into Europe, with Athens, Greece now serving as its second headquarters alongside Lagos.

“Our mission has always been clear,” said Camelia Oros Tsarouchis. “We build bridges between Africa and Europe, between business and culture, and between ideas and action. While our core remains firmly rooted in Africa, our reach is global. For partners seeking viability across diverse markets, premium content, and access to world-class international platforms, CT Productions stands ready to deliver.”

The collaboration between CT Productions and The Guardian Nigeria reflects a shared commitment to storytelling that unites people, industries, and nations.

“We are deeply grateful to our partners, Guardian Nigeria, to Daniel Neilson, Senior Editor, moderator at the Nigeria Summit 2025, to all our distinguished speakers, and to the guests who joined us for this milestone event,” added Tsarouchis. “Nigeria at 65 was a moment to reflect on how far we have come and a reminder of how far we can go together.”

The evening concluded with a broadcast message from Tom Standage, Deputy Editor of The Economist and Editor-in-Chief of The World Ahead 2025, offering insights on the global trends shaping the future.
