Less than five years ago, Gospel Omotosho took her first steps into the world of technology. Today, she stands among Africa’s most dynamic growth leaders, a strategist whose data-driven creativity and relentless focus on execution have helped scale multiple startups and drive multimillion-dollar growth across continents.
Gospel’s journey into tech began at Softcom Limited, where she started out as a Growth Marketing Associate and later Growth Marketing Manager. At Softcom, she managed go-to-market strategies for some of Nigeria’s most innovative B2B technology products, including Eyowo, Kwiksell, Usepass, and Useforms. Her ability to translate user insights into actionable growth frameworks led to improved customer retention, increased product adoption, and a solid foundation for her future success. Her performance at Softcom marked the start of a trajectory defined by measurable results and leadership excellence.
In just a few short years, Gospel moved to the United Kingdom, where she joined LemFi, one of Africa’s fastest-growing fintech brands, where her impact has been nothing short of transformative. She began as Marketing Specialist, progressed to Community Manager, then Growth Manager, and now serves as Senior Growth Manager, a progression that mirrors both her expertise and the tangible results she’s delivered.
At LemFi, Gospel plays a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across Europe and North America, leading growth efforts in the Nigerian corridor in countries including France, Germany, the Netherlands, Finland, the United Kingdom, and even the United States. Her strategies have helped scale user acquisition, boost transaction volumes, and deepen engagement within diaspora communities across these diverse markets.
From driving over 10x revenue growth across startups to contributing to millions of dollars in new business revenue, Gospel’s career reflects a rare blend of vision, analytical precision, and leadership.
Her influence extends beyond performance metrics. In recognition of her contribution to Africa’s digital economy, she was honoured with the Tech Woman of the Year Award at the Nigerian Tech Innovation Awards and named among the Top 100 Women in Tech by the Nigerian Women Achievers Awards in 2025.
“When I started in tech, I wanted to solve real problems and build things that matter,” Gospel reflects. “Every go-to-market strategy, campaign launch, new corridor, and every partnership is about creating meaningful value for users and communities.”
As African tech startups continue to redefine financial inclusion across the globe, Gospel Omotosho remains at the forefront, proving that with clarity, resilience, and purpose, even a newcomer can become one of tech’s most influential growth voices in under five years.
