    Launched in July 2022, Baddhia is on a mission to help people find compatible partners, create memorable experiences and strengthen intimacy in romantic relationships.

    The founding team of five, which included Charles Mathews (CEO), Christian Dibor (CMO), David Chineme (VP, User Experience), Celestina Aroloye (VP, Customer Experience) and Bunmi Alegbeleye (VP, Software Engineering) has grown and is still expanding to provide a freemium app for singles, couples, and married people.

    More than half of youths in romantic relationships in Africa between the ages of 18 and 45 deal with relationship problems. Most singles experience the challenge of finding compatible partners, while couples deal with trust issues, a lack of intimacy, amongst others, that inadvertently ruin blissful relationships.

    In response to this problem, Baddhia has emerged as the first online matchmaking, intimacy-building, and social commerce platform to help people build happy and life-long romantic relationships while aiming to empower SMEs in Africa.
