The Boom J8 came with 2 cardboard boxes…

One housing the smartphone itself, and another for the Boom headphones.
Chine, a graphics designer from Akanka, saw the packaging and thought it needed an upgrade…
So I was going via @MrBankole snapchat story when I saw the Tecno boom J8. Phone was an upgrade from the 7, the package design wasn't.

I’m inclined to agree.
Here’s what he came up with…
…and pretty much everyone thinks it’s better than the original
@AkankaDesign @TECNOMobileNG Lovely redesign. I love!! 🙌🙌

I don’t think two boxes were necessary. The headphones should have come wrapped around the phone itself in a single box. Much neater.
Anyways, TECNO handled it beautifully
.@AkankaDesign Thank you! We appreciate your efforts. 😁
