Lola Kassim is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of international experience working at senior private sector and government levels in Africa and Canada across operations, strategy development, and policy. She has been with Uber since 2017, where she is General Manager for West Africa, leading operations in Nigeria and Ghana.
Prior to joining Uber, Lola was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey and Company, where she led teams providing strategic business insights and implementing organizational and operational improvements in the energy, public, and financial services sectors in West and Southern Africa. She began working in West Africa as a Governance Advisor to the Liberian Presidency through the Africa Governance Initiative.
