Obi Worldphone is launching a series of smartphones in Nigeria tomorrow.
Earlier in the year, Obi Worldphone (formerly Obi Mobile) launched eight new devices in Kenya. The company was founded by John Sculley, former Apple and PepsiCo CEO. Smartphones made by Obi Worldwide are targeted at emerging markets, rather than already developed competitive market.
