The U.S. Department of State has organised a Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for young social entrepreneurs across southern Africa.
The six-month bootcamp is structured towards equipping young social entrepreneurs. The camping experience offers participant skills, tools and capital needed to launch a successful social enterprise. They’ll also get access to local and international experts, mentors and networks.
The invite reads:
“Are you an entrepreneur determined to revolutionize your industry? Are you so passionate about a social issue that you are driven to action? Is your passion so intense it has taken a life of its own? Apply for the Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp and turn your passion into a sustainable enterprise!”
The Social Entrepreneurship Bootcamp is a collaboration between the U.S. Department of State and Mandela Washington Fellow, an initiative to support young people on social matters in their communities.
Entries are open to Citizens and residents of Namibia, Zambia or Zimbabwe. Application closes Jan. 31, 2015. Visit here to apply.
