NewGenAngels and Angel Lab have partnered to hold an investing bootcamp this year in Nigeria and kenya, according to a report from Disrupt Africa.

The partnership with Angel Lab will see summer boot camps for high-net-worth individuals in Nigeria, Kenya during the year. The goal is to identify and educate potential investors looking to invest in high-growth Africa-focused companies.

NewGenAngels founder and chief risk officer Sean Obedih explains: “Our partnership will help to share the best practices learned from fellow practitioners across the world.”

According to him, the boot camps are designed to go beyond the technical exchange of information but to also create a bridge between individual angels who can syndicate deals and share deals across borders.

Angel Lab is an angel investing bootcamp for high-net-worth individuals all around the world aiming to make an impact on the liquidity side of the entrepreneurial equation.

There’s also plans to conduct such events across all major African cities within the next two years.
