India-based online restaurant search and discovery service, Zomato, have announced that it will soon launch a feature, Zomato Order, that lets users order food online, in South Africa, Techmoran reports.
Zomato is a food ordering service that allows users search for restaurants restaurant and has been present in South Africa since 2013. The Zomato Order feature will allow users have their food delivered to them at home – or anywhere else they choose – and track their order with real-time notification.
“Based on a lot of user and merchant feedback, Zomato realised there was a need for a seamless product experience in the online ordering segment,” Country manager for Zomato SA, Heino Gehle said, “Our focus has always been on making dining experiences more convenient for users and we are certain this is going to change the way people order in.”
The online ordering app was launched in India two months ago and helps provide in-depth information for restaurants globally.
Zomato order app is available for download on iOS and Google Play Store.
