Google Africa is inviting developers and designers to its Google Developers Summit series – the first in Sub Saharan Africa.

“We invite your technical team to join Googlers and experts from around the world in talks and hands-on codelabs covering Android Apps with a focus on Material Design, building non-native mobile web apps with a focus on Push Notifications and Offline Page Caching for Chrome and more,” Google says.

The Google Developers summit will hold across Lagos, Nairobi and Cape Town and it is limited to CTOs, lead developers and lead designers.

The series will begin in Lagos and end in Cape Town with an August 19 date for Lagos, August 22 for Nairobi and August 25 for Cape Town.
