On the heels of recent seed funding to the tune of $1.3 million, African business intelligence startup Asoko Insight has revealed that its new director of Operations is Obi Ejimofo.
Before taking up operations position at Asoko, Obi Ejimofo was MD of Rocket Internet company, Lamudi, in Nigeria. He has however been playing an advisory role to Asoko Insight since January 2015. Obi’s prior professional life is steeped in media, publishing and management and business,
Asoko Insight provides data and analysis on African companies. As head of Operations, Obi will be spearheading Asoko’s drive to expand the business across sub-Saharan Africa. Asoko Insight currently provides data on companies in Nigeria, Ghana and Kenya, and is active in 14 countries in the SSA.
