2015 is a pretty good year and as it rolls by, everyone is looking back on it – crafting a recap. Facebook and YouTube released their recap videos last week, and Google just joined the ranks.

The video is a fast-paced recap of what people searched for the most in 2015. Top on the list: Refugee crisis, Cecil the Lion, violence against black people, marriage equality, Nepal earthquake, advancement in 3D technology, the notorious purple and black dress and Shia Labeouf’s infamous and wildly memed Just Do It clip.

The “whip and nae nae” craze, Drake’s hotline bling and Caitlyn Jenner’s gender switch also made it into the roundup.  The video highlights the unity of the human race in pursuit common goals and the beauty of our differences. Check out the video.
