Web hosting company, WhoGoHost has acquired TheExpertHost, another Nigerian hosting company founded in May 2008 by Dennis Isong.
The Expert Host provides hosting solutions to thousands of business and personal websites. Apparently the founder, Dennis Isong opened the company for bidding, WhoGoHost made an offer, and the deal was sealed.
This is WhoGoHost’s second acquisition since its was founded by Opeyemi Awoyemi in 2006, the first acquisition being iHost Africa. WhoGoHost has established itself as the largest web hosting company in Nigeria with over 13,000 hosting account and more than 25,000 active domains.
