Ecoflux offers all types of solar components and products: solar panels, inverters, solar refrigerators, solar generators, solar ACs, and so on.
As for identifying the power needs of our customers, our solar energy calculator determines and gives an estimate of the solar size the client needs at home or anywhere else. The calculator works by inputting all your energies, inclusive of lights, AC, freezer, TV, and other appliances.
TC: Is there a price difference if I buy products individually or as part of a package, and are there any financing or payment plans for installation?
Ecoflux’s e-commerce platform gives clients the opportunity to buy whichever component they need for their homes at affordable prices, either individually or as a set. We also have a buy now, pay later setup that is set to commence a month or two following our launch. It is also important we let people know that the prices we offer are wholesale prices, which is significantly different from retailers and installers who add up money.
TC: Do you provide installation and setup, and can you tell us a bit about your battery collection and recycling program?
We do not provide installation services; however, we have certified installers on our platform that clients can choose from or we recommend. Also, concerning our batteries recycling and collection program, we buy them and offer you coupon codes which can be used to purchase a replacement or another solar product on the platform.
TC: Do you offer maintenance support?
Yes, we do.
TC: By using solar as an alternative to electricity, how much can it save users on electricity bills, and how reliable is solar in different weather conditions?
Solar panels have a significant life span of 20 years. Not only that, it is also reliable in different weather conditions. With the collapse of the national grid from time to time, an increase in fuel prices, and high electricity bills, solar is a go-to solution for your electricity needs.
TC: What is the motivation behind this energy-solution Ecoflux now offers?
Ecoflux had previously run a solar installation business, and in the process of operations, we discovered that quite a number of people found it too expensive to afford. A customer related how she would have loved to get solar panels but due to how expensive it was, she couldn’t dream of it.
Then Ecoflux became a realistic solution, realizing how much of a difference we could make when we provided these products to our customers directly from the manufacturers and importers. This way, each person is given a wholesale price and the choice to choose an installer or not, which significantly cuts operational costs.
