Vivian Mbene was officially appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Breet on the 15th of January, 2025. With Breet now operating under Inbreetic Technologies, she is stepping in to help take the company to new heights. But if you think that title means she’s all suits and spreadsheets, think again. Vivian is rewriting the COO rulebook—one emoji at a time.

For starters, she hates custard. “The taste, the smell—I just can’t,” she says. Oats? Even worse. But her favorites? The melting face 🫠 emoji and the pawpaw dance sticker. At this point, they’re basically part of her personality.

Beyond the memes, Viv is big on authenticity. “You have to know your values before putting yourself out there,” she says. Imposter syndrome? It creeps in sometimes, but her trick is simple: “Whenever I doubt myself, I look at how far I’ve come. Progress is proof that you can figure things out.”

When inspiration strikes, she’s not one to overthink. “If I have an idea, I’d rather try it than sit and wonder ‘what if?’” she says. That’s exactly how things run at Breet—experiment, test, tweak, repeat. “As long as it doesn’t wreck the company, creative risks are worth taking.”

Speaking in an interview with Vivian, she mentioned her superpower, teleportation. “Imagine skipping long flights and just appearing where you need to be.” But until that’s a reality, she’s happy with another power—keeping the team on their toes. “Yes, I will disturb you for updates,” she jokes. “But seeing things come together? Totally worth it.”

When asked how she handles failure, her response was simple. “It’s not the end unless you stop. Most failures are just redirections—you learn, adjust, and keep going.”In the spirit of new ideas, Viv also teased something exciting—Breet 3.0 is coming soon! A brand-new version of the app with shiny features would be available to the public in a bit. With a COO like Viv leading the charge, Breet is proof that bold moves, creativity, and a little fun are the secret sauce to success.
