3MTT, a flagship program by Nigeria’s Ministry of Communications, Innovation, and Digital Economy, focused on developing the nation’s human capital in technology, has partnered with Loubby AI, a fast-growing AI startup aiming to become Africa’s remote workforce operating system for global employment powered by artificial intelligence.
