The heat just turned up. With the inaugural cohort of ECHO, the premier creator accelerator from Woof Studios Africa, set to begin in April, the programme has added two more heavyweights to its already formidable speaker lineup. Adebola Williams, Chairman, AW Network and Founder, RED For Africa, a force behind some of Africa’s most defining cultural and political campaigns, joins alongside Korty EO, the multi-hyphenate Creator and Founder of Any Production. Free application is currently ongoing at www.echoaccelerator.com
The two join a formidable lineup that already includes Nollywood powerhouse Ruth Kadiri; Global travel filmmaker Tayo Aina; creator and digital entrepreneur Tomike Adeoye; Actor and creator Elozonam Ogbolu; and digital health pioneer Dr. Chinonso Egemba (Aproko Doctor). With the cohort’s start date approaching, the programme is shaping up as one of the most significant investments in Africa’s creator economy this year. Additional faculty and contributors include Dammy Twitch, Seyi Ekisola, and Ibidunmi Oladayo, as well as talent manager Miss Tennie, who will lead sessions on deal structuring and creator monetisation.

Positioned as a six-week, high-intensity programme, ECHO is designed to help digital creators transition from audience growth to building structured, revenue-generating businesses. The accelerator will run in a hybrid format across Lagos and online, with sessions focused on monetisation, business infrastructure, and global positioning.
According to Adetutu Laditan, Founder & Creative Director of Woof Studios Africa, ECHO is designed to redefine how African creators approach value creation. Her work sits at the intersection of culture, media, and strategy, shaping narratives that move beyond visibility into ownership. With ECHO, Woof Studios Africa is advancing a more structural vision for the creator economy: one where influence is not just accumulated, but engineered into enduring, revenue-generating systems. “We’re building for longevity,” she notes, “ensuring creators don’t just participate in platforms, but own the value they generate from them.”

With the inaugural cohort set to commence in April, the countdown has begun. A team of jurors will select just 15 creators. That is fifteen seats for a new class of operators ready to move from content to enterprise. Behind the scenes, the process is already narrowing, as ECHO prepares to unveil a cohort designed not just to participate in the creator economy but to help define its next phase.
