In a release made available to TechCabal, WaraCake which had a soft launch in Lagos last October, said the new feature now eases the the process of ordering and receiving cakes.

“Waracake’s model eliminate the bottlenecks associated with conventional cake purchase process”, says WaraCake’s CEO, Tunde Ayilara,“Customers simply order and get their cakes delivered to their door step.”

WaraCake initially started out as Cake Magic Nigeria back in 2012 as a campus based business, through which extensive experience was gained to start this venture.

The startup is Lagos based and housed at Passion Incubator. Waracake works by aggregating different cake merchants and bakers across Nigeria on its platform and allowing customers access the array of options from listed merchants. New merchants can join here.
