Nigeria-based digital media company, Terragon Group, has announced its investment in Advertising Technology Company, BIZense in other to expand its presence and business operations to Asia.

According to Terragon, the move is designed to help clients’ businesses utilise the opportunities provided by digital and mobile technologies to meet their needs.

The investment also falls in line with the development of Terragon’s data monetisation and advertising platform, Adrenaline, recently launched at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain.

Ayodeji Balogun, Chief Technology Officer, Terragon Group said to Techcabal, “With our combined experience across different regions, we are pleased to have completed this investment and look forward to further reinforce our market leadership. This makes us well-positioned to sharpen our focus on long-term, high-potential global opportunities, accelerate our transformation and deliver even more value for our clients.”

Both companies also recently entered a global deal with a telecom solution provider, Tech Mahindra.

BIZense, the company behind the Adatrix brand, currently has operations throughout Asia, including in India, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, Thailand and Indonesia.
