Since the first seed of eCommerce dropped in Nigeria, the tree has been growing wildly. It has produced a number of branches, some are growing strong while some have withered. But eCommerce is an important part of the present and future of business in Nigeria. There will always be a way to make the tree more fruitful than it is right now.
MobileMonday and OLX have decided to contribute to the growth of eCommerce in Nigeria. They have come together in a partnership to organize an event with the aim of generating ideas to make eCommerce more secure in Nigeria. Participants at the event will discuss ways to make eCommerce more secure for customers and merchants in Nigeria.
The theme of the event is “Making eCommerce more secure in Nigeria”. The list of speakers includes Jameelah Ayedun, CEO, CR Services Plc; Ope Adeoye, PM, Consumer & Mobile Services at Interswitch; and Femi Taiwo, CTO, INITS Limited & Co-convener, GDG Lagos.
