If you’re the type to play with lotteries, I found a service called 24Lottos, by Maxton Ltd. in the UK. They are a lottery aggregator of sorts, to give users access to USA Powerball, U.S Mega Millions, Euro Millions and a bunch of others. They’re able to do this through an army of (rigorously vetted, they said) agents in each of these countries.

R.R., their head of marketing said, “Our target is global and we have a high interest in the African market, that is why in addition to Mastercard and Visa we have added 2 Africa based payment systems; Mpesa and Cash Envoy from Kenya and Nigeria. We plan to add other payment platforms that make it convenient for users to make & receive payments with ease.”

Do check them out, your spider senses are tingling.
