Women in Tech

Women in Tech Africa, an organisation founded by Ethel Cofie to support African women working in tech, will hold a Women in Tech Week in Nairobi from September 26 – 30 this year. It’s being organised in partnership with SAP Global, and will last for 5 days during which they’ll discuss the role of women in building Africa’s digital economy, opportunities for research etc.

They’ve described it as the first and largest Women in Tech event in Africa – expecting 40,000 women (both onsite, and virtually). I realise that I’m saying a lot of Women, and tech, and Africa so I’m going away now, but not before I leave the link here. ✌️
