We are excited to announce our partnership with Co-Creation Hub for the Pitch Drive II tour beginning in August. In partnership with Google For Startups, Cc-HUB is embarking on a second edition of the Pitch Drive tour which will see 10 deep tech and hardware startups traveling through 5 Asian cities over the course of 14 days.

From Singapore to Tokyo, the startups will be introduced to and have the chance to meet and interact with deep-tech communities in these Asian cities renowned for same. Not only will they be able to learn from them, but they will also have the chance to forge beneficial business relationships that could potentially lead to investments in their startups.

So where do we come in? Starting a business in any part of the African continent comes with its set of unique challenges which become more heightened when you consider where a startup founder is coming from: the uniqueness of the families and communities where they come from, the diverse contexts within which they were raised or which has inspired the problems they are keen to solve, their aspirations and how they have culminated in the work that they do with technology, and how all these and more intersect with being in Asia for the tour.

We will be telling all these nuanced stories through photography and film while on the tour bringing you high-quality, cinematic narratives of the journeys of these startups as they explore the Asian tech scene. The pitch events, investor meetings, conferences and workshops which are a core part of the tour, will definitely not be left out.

Follow us on social media @TechCabal as well as @Cc_HUB and be part of the personal journeys of the 10 selected startups as they tour Asia.

If you are or know a hardware startup or a startup leveraging deep tech and yet to apply to be a part of this once-in-a-lifetime endeavor, apply now before the May 20th deadline and stand a chance to be among the 10 startups selected to go on this all-inclusive trip.
