The Customer Service Week; an annual week-long event celebrated in the corporate world across all sectors, started on the 4th of October 2021. This year’s theme; “Power of Service”, underscores the importance of providing outstanding customer service as well as the staff who provide support to customers on a daily basis. OPay recognizes that customers are King and have put measures in place to ensure improved service delivery. The culture at OPay is customer-driven and deeply rooted in customer-centricity.
