OPay, a leading financial technology company joins the world in celebrating this year’s Customer Service Week, to reiterate its commitment to offering outstanding customer experience and quick resolution of disputes. 

The Customer Service Week; an annual week-long event celebrated in the corporate world across all sectors, started on the 4th of October 2021. This year’s theme;  “Power of Service”, underscores the importance of providing outstanding customer service as well as the staff who provide support to customers on a daily basis. OPay recognizes that customers are King and have put measures in place to ensure improved service delivery. The culture at OPay is customer-driven and deeply rooted in customer-centricity. The customer service department has exhibited professionalism in the discharge of their duties therefore opportunities like this provides an avenue for recognition of their immense contribution towards the growth of the organization.

In a statement, the Country Manager, Iniabasi Akpan conveyed his appreciation to staff and customers for their continuous support of the OPay brand and promised to improve the service delivery to customers. 

Also corroborating the statement is the Director of Customer Support; Vivien Agu who appreciated the customers and also encouraged the staff to continue to engage customers in an empathetic, friendly and solution-driven way.  For us, every week is customer service week but we are thrilled that days like these are selected to honour our customers and service champions.
