Technology and artificial intelligence are revolutionising how we live, work, and power our world — and Doowe Group is at the forefront of this transformation in Africa. Under the visionary leadership of Dr. James Atiti, Doowe marked a major milestone in October 2025 by unveiling strategic partnerships and launching groundbreaking innovations designed to reshape Nigeria’s energy and sustainability landscape.

These landmark announcements were made at the 15th Annual Nigeria Liquefied and Compressed Gas Association (NLCGA) Conference & LPG, CNG, LNG Exhibition, held at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. Themed “Gas: Economic Diversification and Private Sector Growth,” the conference brought together top players across the gas value chain, including Nigeria LNG Limited, Banner Energy, Asiko Energy, and other leading energy firms showcasing their technologies and solutions for Nigeria’s evolving gas market. Doowe was proudly present at the exhibition, demonstrating its innovative smart technologies alongside other key industry stakeholders driving the future of clean energy in Africa.

During the event, Doowe (UK) (www.doowe.uk) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CO₂CarbonCredit Technology Ltd (Nigeria), represented by its CEO and Team Lead, Agr. Stanley Adimabua, to jointly develop and promote carbon credit projects using global standards such as Verra. This collaboration focuses on building AI-powered carbon accounting platforms and digital MRV (Monitoring, Reporting & Verification) tools, setting the foundation for Africa’s active participation in global carbon trading through innovation, transparency, and technology-driven validation.

At the same time, DooweGas (www.doowe.ng) entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with LPG in Nigeria (LPGiN) (www.lpginnigeria.com) for the nationwide deployment of IoT-enabled LPG monitoring systems. The partnership targets the rollout of at least 3,000 smart devices annually, enabling real-time monitoring of LPG tanks across Nigeria. This will significantly enhance supply visibility, operational efficiency, and safety across the LPG value chain, empowering businesses and distributors with data-driven insights.

Complementing these strategic moves, Doowe also unveiled the Doowe AI Smart Dispenser — an autonomous AI-powered LPG vending solution that allows customers to order, pay, and unlock gas lockers via a mobile app, without the need for an operator or direct power connection. With ultra-low energy consumption, AI-driven validation, and 24/7 accessibility, the dispenser provides a breakthrough solution for expanding LPG access in remote and urban communities alike, redefining convenience and safety in clean energy distribution.

Rounding off its October initiatives, Doowe launched its Carbon Accounting and Footprinting Platforms, designed to help Nigerian companies prepare for the forthcoming era of mandatory ESG and emissions disclosure. With the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria outlining a roadmap for full compliance aligned with ISSB global standards by 2028, Doowe’s AI-powered platform empowers businesses to automatically track, report, and offset their carbon footprint. The platform integrates seamlessly with existing enterprise systems, offering real-time analytics, compliance-ready sustainability reports, and access to verified carbon credits to help organisations meet emerging disclosure requirements and demonstrate climate leadership.

Speaking at the conference, Dr. James Atiti, Group CEO of Doowe, stated:

“By fusing advanced technology, clean energy innovation, and strong sustainability frameworks, Doowe is redefining how Africa engages with the future of energy. Our partnerships and product launches at this year’s NLCGA Conference reflect our mission — to accelerate economic diversification, empower the private sector, and drive a smarter, greener energy ecosystem for Nigeria and beyond.”

Through these strategic alliances and intelligent solutions, Doowe Group continues to drive Africa’s clean energy transformation — creating a future where smart technology, environmental responsibility, and everyday life coexist seamlessly. With innovation at its core, Doowe remains committed to advancing sustainable energy access, digital transformation, and climate accountability across the continent.
