Africa Blockchain Festival (ABF) has reaffirmed its commitment to advancing conversations around innovation, regulation, infrastructure, investment, and responsible technology adoption across the continent as preparations begin for ABF2026 in Nairobi, Kenya.
As Africaโs digital economy continues to evolve, ABF2026 will bring together founders, policymakers, investors, regulators, developers, and technology leaders shaping the future of blockchain, AI, digital identity, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies across Africa.
Under the theme โCode, Capital and Continuity: Building Africaโs Permanent Digital Economy,โ the festival aims to strengthen collaboration between policy, capital, and innovation while creating a platform for practical conversations around adoption, scalability, and long-term ecosystem growth.
Following a successful inaugural edition in Kigali, Rwanda, ABF2025 convened over 2,000 attendees from across Africa and beyond, facilitating conversations around blockchain adoption, regulation, digital infrastructure, payments, and investment opportunities across the continent.

ABF2026 will continue those conversations at a larger scale, positioning Nairobi as a meeting point for the builders, institutions, and decision-makers contributing to Africaโs next era of digital transformation.
The festival will feature keynote sessions, panel discussions, startup showcases, ecosystem networking, and cross-sector conversations focused on the future of Africaโs digital economy.
ABF2026 will take place in Nairobi, Kenya from October 15โ17, 2026.
